Privacy policy

This site collects very little, uses it only to run your scan, and never sells it.

What we collect from the free-scan form

When you request a free scan we ask for your business name, website URL, email address, and optionally a business category and city/region. We use them to:

• crawl and audit the website URL you provide;
• frame the customer-style Google, Maps, and AI questions in your scan (your business name is never inserted into a question);
• send your report to the email address you provided.

Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider's form service. We keep them only as long as needed to run your scan and answer follow-ups, and we delete them on request.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-light, cookieless web analytics to count page views and referrers without building a profile of you. No consent banner is required because no personal data is collected for tracking.

How we protect your information

• Submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored by our hosting provider's form service, which only we can access.
• We never combine your scan details with analytics data.
• Report emails contain your data only; nothing is shared with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

Because our analytics are cookieless, this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising scripts. Anything the hosting platform sets for its own operation is functional only and carries no personal data.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your data.
• We never publish anything on your site.
• We never send marketing email unless you ask for it.
